Refund Policy
Last updated 18 October 2026
Every device gets a free trial with all features, so you can make sure Tuka Player works for you before paying.
What a licence includes
A licence unlocks the Tuka Player software on a device or family of devices. It does not include any channels, films, series or playlists. Problems with your content provider (for example a playlist that stops working) are not a reason for a refund from us.
When we refund
- Within 14 days of purchase, if Tuka Player does not work on the device the licence was bought for and our support could not fix it.
- If you were charged twice for the same licence, or charged for a licence that was never activated.
- Where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.
When we usually don’t
- After 14 days, or when the licence has been used normally.
- Issues caused by content sources, network, or devices that don’t meet the app’s requirements.
- Accounts or devices suspended for breaking our Terms of Service.
How to ask
Open a ticket in your account or email support@tukaplayer.com with your order number (it starts with “ord_”) and the device MAC. We reply within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; the provider decides when it reaches you. Crypto payments are refunded in the same currency at the amount received, minus network fees.
Licences bought in the iPhone / iPad app are charged by Apple, and App Store refunds are granted by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A refunded licence is deactivated on the device concerned.
