Terms of Service

Last updated 18 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Tuka Player apps and the website tukaplayer.com (together, the “Service”), provided by Tuka Player.

Tuka Player is a media player only. It does not include, provide, sell, host or link to any TV channels, films, series, playlists or other content, and we have no affiliation with any content provider. You are solely responsible for the content you access with Tuka Player.

1. Acceptance

By installing the app, using the website or buying a licence you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Tuka Player plays media from sources you add yourself (for example M3U links or Xtream Codes logins). The website lets you manage your devices, send playlists to them, customise groups and buy licences. Features may change over time; we try to keep changes in your favour.

3. Your content and responsibilities

  • You may only add playlists and content you are legally entitled to access in your country.
  • You must not use Tuka Player to infringe copyright or other rights, or to circumvent technical protection measures.
  • You keep your device key, PINs and account password confidential and are responsible for activity under them.
  • You must not attack, reverse-engineer for abuse, overload or try to bypass the licensing of the Service.

We do not monitor, review or endorse playlists. We may suspend devices or accounts that we reasonably believe are used unlawfully or abusively, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

4. Free trial and licences

New devices receive a free trial with all features. After the trial, a paid licence is needed to keep using playback. Licences are per device (yearly or lifetime) or per family (a set number of devices). “Lifetime” means for as long as the Service and that device’s app version are operated and supported. A licence covers the Tuka Player software only — never any content.

Payments are one-off and do not renew automatically. Prices are shown before checkout and may include taxes where applicable. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Google Play or the App Store for licences bought in the app; NOWPayments for reseller credit packs); their terms also apply.

5. Refunds

Please use the free trial to check Tuka Player works with your devices and playlists. Our Refund Policy explains when we refund.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Playback quality and availability depend on your content sources, network and device, which we do not control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tuka Player is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content accessed through the app, or for third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) continue to apply.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
